- Middle-class urban tables of yesterday and today:

Chinese porcelain, Manchester silverware, St Louis crystal, Bernardaud porcelain

Stand 2 : Product Tastings and Evaluations

Traditional cuisine and products of Morocco (products from the countryside, organic products, sustainable development products)

Exhibitions of spices, olives, olive oils, dried fruit, preserved fruit…

 

Stand 3: Current Trends in Food

Film screenings, documentaries by Jean-Louis Comolli, images and sound (radio recordings) on the current trends in food, particularly the biographies and work of participants.

trid, douiba, pastilla warka, razat el kadi

- Saturday 29 April

Perfumes of Fes  : rosewater, essential oils of rose, orange flower and thyme

- Sunday 30 April

Traditional patisserie workshop  : Gazelles’ horns, chabakia, zalabia sellou

 

Stand 6 : Photographic Studio

Photographs by a professional of all the creations and culinary innovations of the Festival.
